At DollsLikeMe.com, we have one simple goal – Complete Customer Satisfaction. We believe that if we achieve this goal, our customers will return for future purchases and we will be successful. We carry only quality products at fair and reasonable prices.
For Online Purchases
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DollsLikeMe.com, you may return it within fifteen (15) days of receipt for a full refund less any shipping charges. The following items are non-returnable:
· Skin or Haircare Products
· Books on DVD
· CD’s or DVD’s
· Computer Games
· Closeout Items
· Items Marked “Not returnable”
The following conditions must be met to obtain a refund: Merchandise must be unused/unopened and returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Q: M child has had her doll for 2 months and the arm came off. Can I return it?
A: Generally, no. However, there are several exceptions. We are a small specialty store. If we issued a refund every time a child ripped an arm off (Oops, we meant to say “every time an arm fell off”), we would be bankrupt in 6 months. In these instances we recommend visiting your local doll hospital.
If the doll is defective; however, you can return the doll for a replacement (as long as it was not a closeout item or was not marked non-returnable). Returned item must include all original accessories, certificates, videos, warranty card, etc. Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from DollsLikeMe.com. Email a written request to: returns@dollslikeme.com.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for any returned item until it actually arrives at our warehouse.
When you receive your RMA, be sure to write it prominently on the shipping label and ship the item using an insured or trackable carrier to:

Be sure to include:
• a copy of your computer-generated receipt with order number
• your name, address, email address, and telephone number
• a brief statement describing the reason for the return
All goods must be returned in their original packaging and packaged sufficiently. If the items are not received in their original saleable condition, a re-stocking fee will be charged. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Your order is immediately sent to our warehouse at the time it is placed, and we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.
Refunds can be issued only to the original credit card.
For Purchases Through a Sales Consultant
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must present the merchandise to your sales consultant with the original receipt or gift receipt within 30 days of purchase. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and packaged sufficiently. Items not in their original “new” condition (must be returned unused and unaltered), will not be accepted for return.
